Daily Her beauty called to me, all trapped upon the wall,
And every day I searched for her release, giving it my All.
I read of magic and mysticism, simulicra and stolen souls,
I learned of Realities Locked gates, and of its hidden holes.
And in dark enchantments, and necromancers tales from old,
I found her release, headless of the warnings they told.
For there is always a price to be paid, more precious than gold,
A balance must be kept, new life given in exchange for old.
And with this knife to my wrist, and my lifes blood spilled,
She came free from the wall, as my life slipped away fulfilled.
I have stood at the centre of creation,
Watching roiling chaos stream from heavens eye.
I have stood on Edens far shore,
Watching sun stream through the new born sky.
I have watched verdant Jungles fall,
Witnessed mighty Oceans run Dry.
Now I stand watching the Saviours Race,
Their own Chaos writ harsh upon the Land.
Here I stand Scorn visible upon my Face,
The beginning of the end, wrought by my Hand.

...Richard felt his sword pommel begin to slip through his bloodslicked hand,

Hmm, Ive had an Account at Deviantart for almost 2years now, and ive only managed to submit 2 devianations :( Part of its coz im just a Lazy Sod, and the other is the fact that there is just so much brilliant stuff on here that My Creations just pale to insignificance.
